Are Independent Voters Divided For Profit? Are personal issues exploited by political parties using media to keep us divided. Does keeping us divided allow billionaires controlling the media who own 40% of our countries wealth and 50% of all corporate stocks to control our government for financial gain? Lets look at some of the common issues keeping Independent voters divided for profit.
ISSUE: CORPORATE WELFARE vs. PUBLIC WELFARE
The LEFT (WALL STREET DEMOCRAT PARTY)
Independent Voters Divided For Profit - The left believes our debt is caused by 30 years of laws providing corporate subsidies and tax breaks (aka - CORPORATE WELFARE and PROTECTIONISM). That these laws increased stock values for a few while forcing the rest of our country to make up the difference in taxes.
The RIGHT (WALL STREET REPUBLICAN PARTY)
Independent Voters Divided For Profit. The Right believes human nature promotes people taking advantage of the welfare system by refusing to work and driving our country into debt. They also believe the public welfare situation doesn't get better by throwing money at it.
IT'S TIME WE COME TOGETHER AND PUT AN END TO BOTH PUBLIC AND CORPORATE WELFARE.
Putting an end to Public welfare fraud:
This should include both health monitoring and work ethic considerations. A sliding scale work incentive must be maintained so working won't deny benefits to the degree that a family can't survive. We must also be pro-active instead of re-active in stopping people from sitting at home watching television expecting their neighbors to pay for their food, their rent and their diabetes medications.
Instead of our government adding 4000 new IRS agents to shake every nickle out of hard working American citizens, lets have 4000 new welfare counselors (salaried by performance). They would supervise people on welfare getting healthy and returning to work. The term "AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS WORTH A POUND OF CURE" is true. People have a constitutional right to be lazy, unhealthy and unemployed. They don't have a right to expect their neighbors to pay for their behavior.
Putting an end to Corporate Welfare.
Congressional Reform Act 2020 Article 3 was written as a guide for statesman (not politicians) to follow. It includes a Legislative Review Board to remove legislation providing corporate tax breaks to increase profits.
INDEPENDENT VOTERS DIVIDED FOR PROFIT
LEGISLATIVE REVIEW BOARD:
The House of Representatives shall establish a Legislative Review Board. This Review Board shall include forty by-Partisan American citizens per state selected by lottery drawing of willing participants. The Board shall create a committee represented by one member per state. The Review Board shall access and review LAWS considering what a prudent person would consider unfair financial advantage for commercial enterprise, misuse of nonprofit status, infringements on States Rights, infringements on Civil Rights, legislation reducing Tax Liabilities and Tax Code irregularities considered loop holes for a preferred class, group or industry.
The Review Board shall correct the inequality of earnings considering all monies gained through labor, investment, gambling and betterment of birth to be on equal footing.
Foreign Corporations conducting business within the United States shall pay tax on all earning acquired within the United States. Corporations harboring profits outside of the United States shall be required to return seven years annual taxes.
The Committee shall vote on Review Board findings with a majority YEA vote requiring congressional removal of inclusions or wording from laws within 30 days. The findings of the Committee shall be made public.
The Committee shall require Congress to pass a LOOSER PAY LAW matching that used in all other commonwealth law countries. This law will reduce the nuisance law suits now forcing innocent parties to settle bogus law suits creating excessive insurance rates. The ability to create bogus law suits without equity has become an intimidation tactic to extort money from innocent people and must end.
Congressional Reform Act 2020 Article 3 provides a law review board charged with removing years of legislation designed to financially benefit share holders of special interest Corporations and Industries at the detriment of the American public.
Example: CORPORATE WELFARE:
Energy Corporation earning 17 billion in profit excluded from paying Federal Income tax due preferential tax codes.
Example: CORPORATE PROTECTIONISM:
Pharmaceutical companies charging United States citizens three times more for prescriptions than charged for drugs in foreign countries.
ISSUE: PRO-LIFE vs. PRO-CHOICE
I'm afraid of government involvement in this issue. I'm personally Pro-Life but realize giving our divisive government control over a persons body would create a legal president. In time they would be placing a chip in children under the guise of improving their health or safety. It would allow the government to track our every move. Favoring commerce over liberty it would be used to monitor work performance.
Our country is split evenly over this issue which means nothing is going to happen. Can we come together with a plan providing excellent women's health care excluding public money's used to end life?
ISSUE: PRO GUN vs. ANTI GUN
The 2 ND. Amendment provides right to bare arms. This Amendment is supported by our countries 55 million gun owners. Many of these gun owners have concerns about -
(a) Government Setting aside Posse Comitatus Act forbidding our military from firing on American citizens.
(b) Government allowing CIA (known for torture and assignation) to operate within our boarders,
(c) Cities and States now implementing Marshall Law Civil Forfeiture of homes and cars without due process (legalized grand theft).
We are in troubling times and many gun owners believe they require assault weapons to protect their families and property from both criminals and the government.
The majority of American Citizens (including most gun owners) don't want a criminal or mentally challenged neighbor having a firearm. Most agree all states (like Illinois has in place) need access to a single updated "NO BUY LIST". This represents an honest public safety policy that doesn't compromise our 2 ND. Amendment rights. Congress supporting firearm manufactures is not using common sense to protect citizens.
ISSUE: ILLEGAL DRUGS
Illegal drugs are killing thousands of our children every year. Can we pass legislation considering their distribution to be attempted murder? When someone gives their friend heroin or cocaine they take the chance of ending their life. They might think about if they would spend 10 years in jail.
